Corrections & Errors
Travel information changes, and mistakes happen. If you spot something wrong or out of date, please tell us.
How to report an error
Email contact@ktriphub.com with the page, the detail that looks wrong, and — if you have it — a link to the correct official source. You can also use the feedback form linked on our guide pages.
What happens next
A human reviews every report. If we confirm an error, we fix it and update the page's review date. Time-sensitive facts — visa rules, fares, emergency numbers — are also re-checked on a schedule, not only when someone writes in.
How we handle facts
Key numbers and rules come from official government and operator sources, are stored in a verified-only database, and show the date they were last checked with a link back to the source. If a value cannot be verified, we remove it rather than guess.
Significant corrections
For a correction that materially changes advice, we update the visible review date so you can see the page was revised.
The official source still wins
We complement official sources; we do not replace them. Always confirm the current rules with the official authority before you travel or book.
