Who we are

Korea Trip Hub ("we") operates this website and is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: contact@ktriphub.com.

What we collect

Analytics (with your consent): if you accept, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymous usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the page that referred you — to help us understand how the site is used. Analytics are denied by default until you accept.

Hosting logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and user-agent to deliver and secure the site.

Feedback (optional): if you submit a tip through our feedback form (Google Forms), we receive what you choose to enter. We do not run accounts, logins, or newsletters, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

A first-party cookie stores your consent choice so we don't ask on every page. Google Analytics cookies are only set after you accept. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or by clearing cookies in your browser.

• Consent choice — first-party — stores accept/reject — up to 12 months.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — set only after consent — measures usage — up to about 13 months.

Legal bases

We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site for basic hosting logs.

Third parties and international transfers

We use Google (Analytics and, for the optional feedback form, Google Forms) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Our hotel links and maps are powered by Stay22, whose script runs on our pages to route hotel links to booking partners such as Booking.com, Hotels.com and Agoda and to attribute any booking. When you use a hotel link or map, or a Klook link, Stay22, Klook or the booking provider process your visit under their own policies. These providers may process data outside your country, subject to their safeguards and privacy policies.

Advertising

We do not currently display third-party advertising. If we introduce ads (for example, Google AdSense) in the future, we will update this policy and any advertising cookies will run under your consent.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google's retention settings (up to 14 months). Your consent choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@ktriphub.com. You may also use your browser or device controls to block or delete cookies.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
