Why go
Haeundae is Busan's signature beach — a long sandy stretch backed by hotels, cafés and the Blueline Park coastal rail with its colorful sky capsules.
It's the easiest base for a first Busan trip.
The district is more than sand: the Dongbaekseom island trail loops past the Nurimaru APEC House, the SEA LIFE aquarium sits on the beachfront, and Haeundae Traditional Market packs in street food a few blocks back. In summer it's Korea's busiest beach, with festivals and fireworks.
