Why go

Lotte World is one of Seoul's biggest theme parks — a covered indoor section that's great whatever the weather, plus an outdoor 'Magic Island' with rides around a lake.

It's easy to reach by subway and pairs with Lotte World Tower and Seokchon Lake right next door.

Opened in 1989, Lotte World holds a Guinness record as the world's largest indoor theme park — its glass-roofed Adventure hall runs whatever the weather, with the outdoor Magic Island castle on Seokchon Lake alongside. There's also an ice rink and a folk museum on site.
