Udo Island
A tiny island of beaches and coastal cycling.

Why go
Udo (‘Cow Island’) is a small islet off Jeju’s east coast, reached by a short ferry and best explored by bike, scooter or the island bus.
White-and-turquoise beaches, low stone walls and sea views make it a relaxed half-day trip.
Udo is ringed by scenic spots like the Seobin Baeksa coral-sand beach and the Udobong peak, and its waters are still worked by haenyeo divers. The island is also famous for peanut ice cream, made from peanuts grown in its volcanic soil.
